Customer satisfaction has always been the focus of our industrial activity. We have, therefore, introduced a Quality Management Model based on ISO 9001:2008 Certification designed to ensure we meet the following objectives:
- Understand the needs of our customers so we can achieve excellence in the service we provide so that our customers are fully satisfied
- Investigate any problems encountered by studying their root causes so as to take the necessary preventative or remedial measures to avoid their recurrence
- Involve our staff by motivating them to contribute their knowledge and ideas and by providing ongoing training covering all areas of the company
- Involve our suppliers in our Quality Policy by evaluating them on a periodic basis and establishing working partnerships based on mutual trust
- Promote policies that strengthen our commitment to society and to caring for the environment
We are confident that, by pursuing these objectives, we can improve our effectiveness and efficiency and, so, increase the trust placed in us by our customers and become even more competitive in the market.
